What is Joy? How and where can we find Joy in our lives?

The best way to find joy is to engage the world with all of your senses. In "Sensory of Joy', we show you

where and how the magic happens, specifically on how you perceive life's happenings and experience.

With stimulation of senses and the help of aromatherapy, breathing techniques, guided meditation

and singing bowl session, you will relax and allow your inner self to take you on an exploration and

discovery of true joy. The range of activities help you reflect and build ways to feel the joy.
