Frank Freeman

/ Photographer

When one door closes, another opens. Frank Freeman began his art journey as a professional photographer. Majoring in photography in university and a full time job at a publication is good experience. When he turned freelance upon the publication’s unfortunate demise, Freeman turned freelance shooting commercials, portraits, and editorials. A dedicated yogi and meditator himself, Freeman’s upbringing in nature allows him to be in touch with natural landscapes and be creative for his own right. Freeman loves the creative process of photography, conceptualising an image, producing and processing takes flexibility and good communication with the creative team. It is the intrigue of how cameras operate that guide Freeman into sustainable a career in photography, interpreting his relationship and connection with nature, while staying true to the flow and let emotions and feelings guide your creations along without forcing yourself to feel one way or the other.

An optimist by nature, Frank Freeman sees time as a potential constraint to creativity, yet expresses how time allows opportunities to learning and discovering more. He finds his calling in art and life in 2015, valuing his experiences and the journeys leading him to them, all encompassing the meaning to his life and following his heart. As Frank Freeman resonates with his life experience and encounters, he awaits the right timing, through his lens and planning, records the moods that best exemplified to record a life in his best interpretation.
